Another popular destination in Arlington is the Potomac Overlook Regional Park. The Steven F. Udvar–Hazy Center is one more day trip from Oakton, VA, that we’d like to share with you. This amazing aviation museum is part of the Smithsonian’s National Air & Space Museum, and it is located about 10 miles from Oakton, VA. Many types of aircraft and spacecraft are displayed at the center, as well as other exhibits and interactive features that can be of interest to aviation enthusiasts of all ages. The Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center is open every day and is located at 14390 Air and Space Museums Highway in Chantilly, VA.
